Addressing the media on Tuesday afternoon, the Ferwafa Electoral Commission president Adolphe Kalisa announced the road map to the 2017 FERWAFA presidential polls which will be held on December 30, 2017 at Lemigo Hotel.

This time round, it’s not only club administrators who will be allowed to vie for the presidency but even former national team players have been given the right to lead Rwandan football,” added Kalisa.

The Ferwafa Electoral Commission is also comprised of La Jeunesse president Nsabimana Boniface who serves as the vice president, while Niyobuhungiro Fidel (Mukura VS), Muhozi Masuhuko Paulin (Gakenke WFC) and Ndashimye Emmanuel (Bugesera Fc) are elected seating members.

Uwamahoro Tharcille Latifah who is the FERWAFA General Secretary doubles as the sectetary to the electoral committee.
