Mission
The Referees Department is the competent authority on the laws of the game and is the primary authority for the training, development and deployment of association football referees for operational use by Fifa, Caf and FERWAFA and hereby assists Ferwafa in its quest to become a global leader in its sector of operations
Strategic Objectives:
1.To improve and enhance the knowledge and skill base of Members of the National Panel of Referees
2.To constantly improve the quality of refereeing instructors and assessors
3.To reduce and eventually eliminate corruption in refereeing
4.To improve the quality and quantity of Female Referees
