The CAF A Licence coaching course in Rwanda concluded its sixth and final module on Thursday, 10 September 2026, with candidates completing an intensive practical phase focused on bringing knowledge to the pitch.
The closing of the module was overseen by FERWAFA Commissioner in charge of Technical Matters and Development, Mr. Fidèle Kanamugire, who commended the candidates for their commitment throughout the programme and encouraged them to continue applying the knowledge and skills acquired to contribute to the development of football in Rwanda.
Module 6 provided candidates with an opportunity to put into practice the technical, tactical and coaching principles acquired throughout the course. Through practical sessions and on-field exercises, they demonstrated their ability to translate theory into effective training and match situations.
The completion of Module 6 marks an important milestone in the candidates’ journey towards the CAF A Licence, while further reinforcing Rwanda’s commitment to strengthening coach education, technical capacity and the long-term development of football.
From the classroom to the pitch, knowledge applied, skills sharpened, and the journey towards coaching excellence continues.
