In a ceremony presided over by the FERWAFA President, Mr. Fabrice SHEMA NGOGA, the outgoing Acting General Secretary Mr. Richard MUGISHA gracefully handed over the mantle of responsibility to the newly appointed General Secretary, Mr. Bonnie MUGABE, surrounded by the full FERWAFA staff witnesses to continuity, dedication, and hope.
