The Rwanda Football Federation (FERWAFA) is pleased to confirm that tickets for the 2026 FIFA World Cup are now locally available for purchase through the secretariat.

The FERWAFA General Secretary Bonnie Mugabe said, “FERWAFA will request tickets from FIFA on behalf of the fans. Members of the public who are interested in purchasing the tickets are encouraged to formally submit their intention and pay within the stated timelines to be able to secure tickets,”

It’s also crucial to note that successful ticket purchasers will be personally responsible for meeting non-immigration visa application and travel arrangements for entry into the host countries, namely; the United States of America, Mexico and Canada.

All interested stakeholders intending to purchase match tickets (as per the set pricing for all matches and categories) must notify FERWAFA via sgoffice@ferwafa.com not later than Wednesday 21st January 2026, 1600hrs. Please ensure that your requests are submitted before this deadline.

Following the closure of the Advanced Request Phase, FIFA Ticketing will review the requests made, and if approved, FERWAFA will inform the concerned ticket applicants with payment of the requested ticket/s submitted and received by FERWAFA before February 1, 2026, 16h00 via the dedicated bank account to be communicated in the upcoming days to interested members.

The 2026 FIFA World Cup will be the first to feature 48 teams and will be staged across three countries, making it the largest edition in the competition’s history.
