The Rwanda Football Federation (FERWAFA) has officially announced the organization of a CAF A Coaching Course designed to enhance the technical and professional capacity of football coaches in Rwanda, for both men’s and women’s teams.
The course will take place over a six-month period, running from 9 March 2026 to 21 September 2026, and will be delivered through seven structured modules as detailed below:

• Module 1: 9–13 March 2026
• Module 2: 13–17 April 2026
• Module 3: 11–15 May 2026
• Module 4: 15–19 June 2026
• Module 5: 13–17 July 2026
• Module 6: 24–28 August 2026
• Module 7: 21–25 September 2026
Coaches interested in enrolling in the CAF A Coaching Course must meet the following requirements:
• Hold a CAF B Coaching License with a minimum of two years since issuance.
• Have at least five years of coaching experience in football.
• Demonstrate proficiency in spoken and written French or English.
• Be currently appointed as a head coach in the First Division (men’s or women’s football).
• Possess a valid instructor’s certificate.
Successful candidates will be admitted upon payment of a training fee of RWF 1,000,000 (One Million Rwandan Francs). Payments should be made to the following account:
